領養條款

領養條款:

1. 領養者必須年滿21歲, 如未滿21歲者, 需獲得家人同意;
   
2. 領養者如與人同住, 需獲得家中各人同意;
   
3. 必須接受家訪;
   
4. 以保護貓隻為由, 必須安裝窗網;
   
5. 領養者必須承諾替貓兒進行絕育手術, 並每年帶貓咪到註冊獸醫處注射有效防疫注射及身體檢查;
   
6. 不得隨意將貓貓轉送別人;
   

領養者必須支付領養費如下:

• 未注射預防疫苗: 港幣一百元正
  
• 已注射第一針預防疫苗: 港幣三百元正
  
• 已注射第二針預防疫苗: 港幣四百五十元正
  
• 已被安排絕育: (男) 港幣 八百元正 (女) 港幣八百五十元正
  
• 如領養時貓隻並未絕育, 領養者需支付五百元正按金, 並於絕育後出示註冊獸醫證明方可退回
  

Terms and Conditions

1. The adopter MUST be aged 21 year old or above, if under 21 year old, he/she must seek for the agreement of the family memebers.
   
2. If the Adopter is living with family/housemate, must seek for the agreement of the family/housemate.
   
3. The adopter Must accept the request of "home-visit" by Cat Society, to ensure the house is suitable to keep a cat.
   
4. To ensure the safty of cats, the adopter MUST set up the window net.
   
5. The adopter MUST promise to let the cats having desex operation, and bring the cats to vet for body check and vaccine injection every year.
   
6. The adopter MUST NOT give the cat to others without informing Cat Society.
   

The adopter need to pay for the adoption fee as below:

• not yet having any vaccine injection $100
  
• having the 1st vaccine injection $300
  
• having the 2nd vaccine injection $450
  
• desexed: (M) $800 (F) $850
  
• if the cat adopted befor having desex operation, the adopter need to pay for $500 as deposit, and will refund after the cat having desex
